"Desert Dreams" Triptych - 2016

In 2016 — I took an Intermediate Photoshop class at
Banner/Gateway Community College and made this Triptych for a
class assignment using photos I'd taken in Phoenix's far east valley.

The photo on the left shows Weaver's Needle in the
far distance, the one on the right is a view of the Superstition
Mountains, and the image in the center features Teton Ken.

Teton Ken fits right in because that area is famous for its
history of gold prospecting and mining: The Goldfield Mine offers tours
and the legend of the Lost Dutchman's Mine is common lore there.

Ken is a really nice guy and portrays an historic miner
complete with all the tools of the trade — including a donkey.
